William "Bill" Serpe 

Bill Serpe is the Executive Director of SAGE/Milwaukee, Services and Advocacy for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Elders.  As a self identified gay male he came to this position in January of 2004 with 40 years of life experience and a nonprofit management background.  His involvement with the issues of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender elders over the past 6 years has given him in-depth knowledge of the aging issues that are endemic to this specific population.  Bill is on the Board of Governors for the Family Care program at the Milwaukee County Department on Aging. He is also a member of the National LGBT Aging Roundtable. 

Bill is a graduate of UW-Parkside.  He has traveled extensively throughout the continental United States as well as in England, Ireland, Russia and Uzbekistan. He plans to travel around the world going west from Milwaukee until he gets back to Milwaukee after he retires.  Bill is single and lives with two cats, Clio and Chloe.

It is an honor to have such a well known and out going member of the GLBT community as our Grand Marshal.  Congratulations Bill and enjoy the Parade!

2010 Judges

The people listed below are the Judges for this year's Milwaukee Pride Parade.  Also near their name you will find a brief description of that person.  They are listed in no particular order.

• David Boyer - David is currently the Promotions manager at numerous taverns located in Chicago, IL. as well works with the Historic Bijou Theater in Chicago, IL.  He works every year to put together some of the best event(s) for the GLBT leather community in Chicago including the Mr. Chicago Leather contest, bus trips to Great America's Gay Days, and bus trips Milwaukee's very own Pridefest and the Pride Parade. With great pride we welcome David, and all of Chicago, to the Milwaukee Pride Parade's judging panel.

• Marilynn Mee from 96.5 WKLH Classic Rock - Marilynn Mee has been a staple of the Radio Industry in Milwaukee for Many Years.  She hosts the Mid-day radio show on WKLH on a daily basis and is an active supporter of the Wisconsin Humane Society.  If you would like to know more about her please visit www.wklh.com.

•  Dino Maniaci - Milwaukee native, currently owner and creative director of design, advertising agency MANI & Company, and co-owner with partner Jason Hoke of WOOF'S (Madison's premier gay sports, bear bar) and SPAWOOF in Madison WI.  Art, design and advertising background. Studied at Kansas City Art institute, KC, MO. Specialized in visual merchandising, display and design for Gimbels, Marshall Fields and Pranges as well as former design director for MANI G RAPS-gift wrap company that created custom licensed designs for The Andy Warhol foundation, The Frank Lloyd Wright foundation, The Museum of Modern Art, The Museum of contemporary Folk art and Godiva Chocolates! PR/marketing Chair for Wisconsin Capitol Pride in Madison.
